Two possible additions if I may: for #9 I always end giving a ‘thank you’ when the job is done. Makes the next request easier!

Secondly and this runs true for all crew really: look at what you are causing not at what you are doing. Keeps your eyes alert to what is happening around you. Plus it forces the crew to be able to do the job without looking at it.
